These classes work on strengthening your core muscles without impact. In each class you will work almost every small muscle group. We work on breathing, balance, strength, and precision. We may use a small apparatus to either make it easier or harder depending on the need.
A great combination of classical Yoga and Classical Pilates. We take the two disciplines and combine them to get the best of both worlds. You will get extra stretching, core, and relaxation.
Better know as Arms, Abs, and A$$!!! This is our strength and resistance class. We use a variety of strength equipment and body weight exercises to build muscle. The class is for all fitness levels and can be catered to each individual Prepare to sweat!
These are a great hybrid!! For the Barre portion we focus on small muscle group in the legs. Lots of small movements to create a burn! It is combined with either classical Pilates or Classical Yoga. You will get your sweat on a little in this one!
Exactly what is says!! This is a new class on the schedule and we LOVE it. We spend the majority of the time focusing on stretching!!! WE do toss in some core work... but its really about the stretch!
Formally know as the Sassy 60's Class! This class started with ladies in their 60's but we realized all ages need a basics class. This class moves slow, focuses on stretching, knee and back injury's. We work on core and leg strength and love it hit arms all in a very safe manner. We give a lot of accommodations in this class. Perfect class to get you started.
Increase the intensity of your traditional Pilates class!! Power Pilates will challenge every muscle group and leave your entire body feeling Stronger!
Suspension training! Use your own body weight to increase your total body strength. You will target new muscles and improve stability. TRX motto is All Core All The Time!
You can modify this class just by moving your feet :)
